The ideal candidate is a friendly team player who will be the first point of contact for customers at the service center, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Book appointments
- Remind customers of their incoming appointments
- Keep customer contact details up to date.
- Support the service department with administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Speak Arabic, English, and French
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
